01 Name of Service: Land Development Tax

Deadline for Service: Immediate
Procedure to provide: In accordance with the Land Development Tax Ordinance, 1976, the taxes / rent of the rate as per the prescribed rate is given at par with it.
Place of service: Union land office

02. Service name: Namasari and Mutation
Time limit for service: Max 45
Procedure to provide: Government fee is 250.00 taka. After receiving the proposal from the concerned Union Land Assistant Officer in the context of application with photograph of both the applicant itself or on behalf of the applicant, the hearings of both sides were taken by the court after issuance of the proposal. During the hearing, there were auxiliary records with original documents. LT is also automatically registered with the receipt of the notice.

03. Name of Service: Temporary Settlement / Renewal of Perpetual Hats and Bazors
Deadline for service: 07 days
Procedure to provide: If the lease is not conditional in light of the report, with the recommendation of the Union Land Assistant Officer, the lease of the lease is renewed at the prescribed rate and the DCR is provided.
